The binding of DOH with SAC essentially reduces the rate of desorption of DOH in an aqueous medium. The control of the amount of DOH that binds to the SAC adsorbed on the A-300 surface can be accomplished by varying the amount of albumin, since it affects the conformational state of protein molecules and, accordingly, the ability to form inclusion compounds. In the process of adsorption of SAL on the surface of silica, the total amount of adsorbed on the surface of water does not change practically, while the adsorption of DOH causes a significant, almost halving, dehydration of nanocomposite particles. Hydration of the particles of the composite and their components were sensitive to the environment. Binding water decreases in the presence of weakly polar substances.
