The effect of improving the solubility of sucrose in the presence of a composite in a medium that does not dissolve water and sucrose, an organic solvent - deuterohloroform, is due to an increase in the contact area of ??adsorbed water from the surface of sucrose. The maximum concentration of sucrose dissolved in interphase water is about 30% by weight. The package of permit documentation (technological conditions and technological instructions) was obtained on the designated product forms. A production site was developed for the development of a dietary supplement based on the nanosilica with the trademark "Polisorbplus", on which the technological equipment for filling the enterosorbent in the sachet was launched. The development of test portions of the additive in the amount of 480 kg, which was transferred to the test, was conducted. A specially equipped premise will be certified for the production of food additives. It will put into operation packing machines and a technological scheme for the production of compressed silica from technical raw materials.
