Multilayer nanostructures based on chalcogenide semiconductors were obtained by means of thermal deposition on glass substrates in vacuum. The optical characteristics of constituent components and multilayer nanostructures were investigated and analyzed using single oscillator model.The AFM studies showed a high quality of the obtained surface relief and was well described by a sinusoid.The diffraction efficiency of the obtained gratings was 20-30% The calculated values of the diffraction efficiency were in good agreement with the experimental data.
