It is found that the dispersion equation can be written in closed form only for a simplified version of the structure without acoustic filling, while for complete formulation of the problem it is given through a determinant of an infinite algebraic system. The strong dispersion of waves in the investigated structure is shown, with rapid decrease of the phase velocity when approaching the bending resonances of partitions. On the basis of obtained data, the conclusion was made that at localized excitation of a microstructured acoustoelastic medium, in addition to the bulk wave corresponding to spatially averaged mechanical characteristics, a specific equivoluminal wave for which the acoustic filling behaves as an attached mass may exist within the frequency band below the typical value of the first bending resonance of the chamber wall.
