The possibility of control with the permanent electric field by energy fluxes of spin waves propagating along the ultra-thin ferromagnetic film is analytically and numerically demonstrated. New features of the magnetization distribution between neighboring skyrmions in the FeGe film in the "skyrmion lattice" phase are found.
