The purpose of the work is to develop mechanisms for the implementation of the Comprehensive NATO Assistance Package for Ukraine and the programs of other international security organizations within the framework of international cooperation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in modern conditions. Research methods - systematic, comparative and retrospective analyzes, cluster analysis, methods of the theory of fuzzy sets. The main results of the GDR in the first stage are: analysis of the possibilities of international security organizations (UN, NATO) to resolve the current military conflicts; a methodology for assessing contemporary military conflicts; analysis of the possibilities of international security organizations (UN, NATO) to resolve the conflict in the East of Ukraine.
