The purpose of the work is the development of scientific and technological bases for the production of ceramic molded molds for casting on moldable models with the use of import-substituting and technogenic raw materials for reducing the production cycle and reducing the cost of the resulting castings due to the use of liquid glass of domestic production and saw-like material of man-made origin. Research methods and equipment - standard methods and equipment were used in the work, which allowed to establish an objective relationship between the investigated parameters: the method of weighing for the determination of mass; Plane-metering method for determining the plane of images; methods for determination of gas permeability and gas-forming ability; X-ray analysis. In work the analysis of modern technological schemes of manufacture of foundry combined ceramic molds forms for the production of castings of general-purpose construction. The gas-forming ability of the ceramic shell form, the value of the strength of its strength at static bending and the linear expansion coefficient depending on the properties of the used refractory suspensions and the bulking material used to fill the layers of the form, temperature and drying time of the coating layers on the model block were determined. Based on the results of research on the basic physico-chemical and technological properties of materials from which multilayer composite ceramic membrane forms are manufactured, the technology of making ash of quartz ceramic molded molds for casting on the molded models has been developed. The technology of making foundry molds is developed, in accordance with the calculation of the costs of their manufacturing, it allows to reduce the cost of manufacturing molds and the total length of the cycle of their manufacturing.
