The process of conversion for the example of fructose is optimized. The best results were shown by hybrid acid-base nanocatalysts based on phosphoric-molybdenum and phosphoric-tungsten heteropolyacids with lysine, both in the form of separate nanoparticles and inside the mesoporous space of a silicate support. The yield of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, as a component of biofuel, during hydrothermal treatment of fructose on synthesized catalysts at a temperature of 120 °C was 28.3%. It is shown that the use of these catalysts allows the hydrolysis of biomass components with a noticeable yield of 5-GMF at temperatures close to 100 ° C. Patenting of the results is carried out.
