The strategic aim of the work is the development of effective methods of asymmetric synthesis, the search of new highly stereoselective reactions, as well as the application of these methods in the synthesis of chiral biologically active substances. As a result of the research, the enantioselective reactions were developed. The results of the investigation are important for Ukraine, as advanced new methods of asymmetric synthesis that can be used to obtain stereochemically pure biologically active substances and drugs.
