Current stage of the formation of new global order could be characterized by the transformation of the social institutions, changes in the general world environment, modern ITC, which increase the force of the international organizations, which defend the economic and political interests of the hegemonic states. The international economic rivalry is being escalated, what strengths the asymmetry of the interdependence the most developed and the less developed states.The global order should be based on the harmonic correlation of the rights and liberties of the states and nations on the one hand and of the duties to humans on the other hand. At the same time the preservation of the national sovereignty as a guarantee of the protection of the interests, rights and liberties of whole mankind is needed. The fair global order, which is based on the real equality of the states and nations, is impossible without the creation of the strict code of the behavior of states on the international arena. The exclusive ability of the developed states to create the modern high-technological and qualitative productions allows them to be a price leader, what includes the high level of life of the prosperous part of the mankind. These processes are the basis of the unequal trade exchange with the courtiers of the "third world", which supply the raw materials and simply products to the global market, the supply for what is quite bright, the prices are easy to hold on the low level. The developed countries have the exhaust and effective mechanisms of the promotion of the own export and of the strict import restrictions, what is reached by the non-market methods. The modern mechanisms of the international trade contribute to that the main world wealth is concentrated in the restricted quantity by the developed countries, what allows them to determine the rolls of the game and to dominate over the rest of the world. The economic system of the country is formed by the influence of the internal and external factors. Complementarity and harmony of the geopolitics, geo-economics and international specialization of the national economies - there are the indicators of the successful economies and politics. The problems of the economic development and the attempts of the self-identification of the Ukrainian society in the status of the independent state requires the active actions from Ukraine, what means the individual variant of the quick transition of the national economic system from the state of the economic downturn with all characteristics to the new style, which is characterized by the growth and development.
