It was found that laser annealing changes the average height and nanoclusters diameter of hybrid Ni-C-N films. It is shown that the nitride - carbon films doped with europium, and treated by pressure and laser irradiation, change their morphological structure with increasing of the crystalline phase part. The parameters required for the calculation of the energy levels of the ground term with accounting for relativistic interactions have been found for all the free rare-earth ions. The ab initio calculations of structural, electronic and magnetic properties of the"chair" types carbon nanotubes, which encapsulated by the "zigzag" type of the straightened chain of Fe atoms, have been carried out.
