The purpose of work - to develop the rules of applications of the nonsteroidal drug based of the bioactive lipids for the burn treatment for clinical trials; to develop the express-diagnostics method of speed the healing of burn wounds. The research methods - histological analysis of thermal skin burns zones and biochemical analysis of the experimental animals blood using of polymerase chain reaction methods and enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA). Results. It was shown that in the case of NDBL application in the form for oral administration or in a form for transdermal administration it is prevents the development of burn disease and promotes faster healing of burn wounds in rats in comparison with untreated animals. It was found that acceleration of the healing of the burn wound under NDBL action is due to the acceleration of passage stages of inflammation and stimulation of angiogenesis and fibrotization. Furthermore, it was shown that the most effective is using of NDBL in peroral form. NDBL in the peroral form, also prevents excessive production of proinflammatory cytokines IL-1alpha, IL-1beta and IL-6 and stimulates the formation of anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 in blood of rats with the burn. The findings indicate the need for determination of proinflammatory cytokines to monitor the healing of burn wounds with the use of different doses and formulations NDBL. On the basis of obtained experimental data the regulations for applying NDBL for further clinical trials was developed. It includes the laboratory scheme synthesis, effective doses, dosage forms of the drug and duration of its use. Based on the analysis of the data on the content and production of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in the blood of rats with experimental burn injury for the first time developed a method for rapid diagnosis of healing of the thermal burns of the skin.
