The object of research are the processes of growth, development and formation of productive and qualitative indicators of annual forage crops lengthy ripening in pure and mixed crops. The aim of the work is to identify the parameters of productivity and competitiveness indexes of early spring annual crops, their mutual influence on each other in growing agrophytocenosis based on the optimization of their spatial distribution in crops. The features of growth and development of cereals, legumes and parameters of their efficiency when grown in pure and mixed crops. During the growing season when the joint cultivation of rye, triticale and oats with a variety of legumes, between plants originate the physiological and biochemical processes that provide a positive influence in the formation of vegetative mass, where the largest proportion of legume component was a mixture of triticale and vetch - 54% and oat seed with peas - 49%. Survival rate cereals was 78-89%, legumes - 84-93%, and the rye in mixed crops with legumes, plants survival rate was 90-96%, with triticale - 84-85%, oats - 81-85%. Triticale mixtures with peas or vetch provided yield of green mass 41,0-42,6 t / ha, dry matter - 8,11-8,73 t / ha, fodder units 6,04-6,28 t / ha, conditionally net profit - 15036-15184 UAH / ha, the level of profitability -. 417-489%, energy efficiency ratio - 6,2-7,6 and bioenergy efficiency - 3.4-3.9. Quantitative estimation of efficiency of use of forage area of grass-legume plant associations proves the superiority of the mixed crops over pure crops (LER = 1,02-1,8). Cereals sown at the same quantitative seeding rate (50%: 50%) with peas and vetch, act as an absolute dominant, suppressing associated components in fodder crops (CA = 0,15-0,93), possessing a strong competitive ability of all use time (CR = 1,16-1,75) in addition to a mixture of triticale and vetch, a legume component where CR is greater than one.
