The object of the research – information system of diagnostics of the types of gifted children and youth. Subject – methodical support and software for the design of ICT for the diagnosis of types of giftedness of children and youth in the information environment Research methods: theoretical analysis of special studies, system approach, which involves a combination of different methods and techniques of diagnostics of giftedness in a single dagnostic the system by means of ICTs, methods of design and building information web-resource, methods of database design, the method of the experiment. Today has the opportunity to radically change the situation in the sphere of education, upbringing and development of gifted children through the use of high technology at the time of diagnosis. The use of the methods and approaches of modern information technologies give the possibility of creating a centralized mechanism that will provide a combination of testing and further development of diagnostic methods and provide the possibility for distributed access by means of the Internet.
