The main results: the direction of economic activity is analysed and water resource potential in representative sites of the basins of Dnieper and Dniester is estimated. The main indicators of water resources use by the enterprises which are located on certain water management sites of the basins of Dnieper and Dniester are systematized and calculated. Branch distribution of water supply, water consumption and water drain in regions of a research is studied. Indicators of sewage discharge are determined by cleaning level, sources of pollution of water and the list of priority pollutants are fixed.
