The aim of the scientific research work (SRW) is determination of mechanisms controlling different properties of multifunctional materials and determination of regimes for useful properties in temperature, pressure and field ranges necessary for using. Construction and synthesis of materials necessary for practical using, obtaining functional artificial structures and design of equipment for corresponding experimental researches are the aims of SRW too. During this work, it was detected the influence of structure, elastic, magnetic and electrostatic interactions, crystal lattice dynamics in samples having different presence of defects, sizes and dimensionality on the electron state of magnetic ions in multifunctional materials and the influence of different static and dynamic interactions on intercommunication and control of these materials properties. As the result, it was determinate the features of forming of different properties in samples having the same composition but different dimensionality and presence of defects, to wit: volume samples, films, nanostructured materials, defectless and with different on size and feature defects. The objects of studies were molecular compounds, compounds with the gigantic magnetoresistive moment, multiferroics, metamagnetics and composites. Their property changes are depend on change of electron and valence states of ions and dynamic and static interactions between ions with different spins and valence and their ligand surroundings. Such materials are molecular compounds containing divalent iron ions, perovskites and spinels doped by different valence ions in A and B sublattices, films on different composition and thickness bases, nanomanganites. In the limits of the work different materials were synthesized and complex experimental and theoretical studies of magnetic, electrical conducting, resonance, optical and structural properties of above named materials were carried out. Also as well a property changes with the change not only external factors such us temperature, magnetic field, pressure, optical irradiation, but with change of the object size (to nanometers), dimensionality (to one-dimensional) and presence of defects having different feature were studied too. The research results give knowledge about influence of static-dynamic interactions on multifunctional materials properties and possibilities for control these properties. They allow obtaining artificial controlled-parameter structures. The research results are of interest for experts in fields of phase transition physics, high pressures, magnetic phenomena, thermodynamics and physical chemistry. The research results can be used in design of microelectronic devices, in computer technologies and in color picture and luminescence devices. ELECTRON STATES, PHASE TRANSITIONS, SPIN, MAGNETORESISTIVE EFFECT, METAMAGNETS.
