Object of study - legal documents, methodological and methodical principles to determine the market value of goods for the purpose of commodity expertise. The aim of the study is to create a unified and comprehensive approach in conducting commodity expertise to assess the value of goods in the past and to develop methods that will be used in the expert practice in conducting commodity expertise to ensure systematization and methodological uniformity expert practices, reducing the complexity and time spent during expertise and improving the effectiveness of research and provide the conditions necessary to protect the professional competence of the expert examination results at the appeal court.
