Scientific novelty lies in the scientific substantiation of economic and legal nature of in-depth analysis of foreign business entities; outlined the tools and methods of system analysis; research features using a previous Customs information to assess the potential risk of making illegal transactions in the foreign market; study of the major trends in foreign deviations; generalized foreign experience in assessment of risk of economic operators. The practical significance of the work - the technique of in-depth analysis of foreign entities. According to the specification, studied and summarized theoretical and practical basis for the analysis of the entities in the EEA; studied the instruments and methods of system analysis foreign operations; analyzes trends and factors that may indicate a violation of the law on state customs in Ukraine; reviewed international experience of analytical apparatus for predicting the probability of violation of customs laws; developed and tested a method of in-depth analysis of foreign business entities.
