The general and technical requirements for intelligent video surveillance systems that best adapted to the current international, interstate and local APP at STU; The model of intelligent video surveillance in APP at STU and the typical model of intelligent video surveillance for international, interstate and local APP in STU with integration into the existing ASMO; proposals for the improvement of the legal framework on the use of AMS to Sivka in STU, interim and final research reports. Scientific novelty of the research is that the first time the model perspective Sivka in APP at STU and typical models Sivka for international, interstate and local APP at STU, which will provide continuous, transparent, video surveillance for the passage of the stages of customs control of road transport in APP at STU .
