The scientific-technical and methodological basis: - build flexible power systems, algorithms and software for the calculation of optimal structural-parametric layout decisions based on the forecast charts covering loads of power supply systems (PSS); - definition of rational structure and parameters of complex sources of distributed generation, in accordance with the conditions of their use, taking into account economic, environmental, social and other factors; - development of load assessment methods of individual network nodes and the output characteristics of sources of energy generation, taking into account the fact existing in networks uncertainty factor information; - development of methods and techniques of the selection of the composition and location of both traditional and modern switching equipment to improve the reliability and stability of power supply modes in the conditions of use of distributed generation; - the development of efficient algorithms for multi-agent control modes of complex sources of distributed generation when used independently, or in the case of their integration into the electricity system, in terms of bilateral agreements and market introduction of the balancing market. Technical and economic calculations of structural and parametric solutions flexible electrical systems are performed using deterministic and stochastic models, and best solutions for the layout options for the power plants of combined PSS decision optimization problems form of electricity generation of graphs and charts covering loads. Multi-agent algorithms control the combined power plants based on a combination of requirements for the effective management ensure the implementation of the main ideas of the study. Implemented by a combination of individual tasks in a single complex with the use of information and computer systems, automated system of accounting and control, accumulated methodological and software construction and effective management of modern flexible power systems. Transformation of the existing power supply systems in intelligent systems according to the general Smart Grid concept involves ensuring efficient allocation and use of energy, high security of supply, sustainability conditions and the quality of electrical energy, provided wider use of distributed generation, formation of adequate information and communication environment, a wide sound implementation of the latest power electronics devices, advanced switching and protective equipment, algorithms stimulate active consumer behavior.
