It was synthesized the films based on titania : 1) titania modified by nitrogen or metal ions; 2) nitrogen containing titania doped with metal ions leading to the widening of the absorption ability in the visible region, the change of adsorption capability and photocatalytic properties of the semiconductor. It is found the methods and the conditions of double doping by metals and nitrogen; optimized the composition, thickness and thermal treatment for obtaining the effective photocatalysts in tetracycline hydrochloride degradation and dichromate ions reduction under UV and visible light. It is carried out the synthesis of mesoporous and non-porous films based on titania by two different methods (sol-gel method and PLD method) for comparing the optical, adsorptional and photocatalytic properties and optimized the conditions to obtain the samples with high activity.
