The subject of study: complex influence of fillers of different function, regimes of hardening and physical modifications on the structure and properties of epoxy composite materials. Established the mechanism and kinetics of structure formation of modified epoxy composites, which allowed to increase the physical, mechanical and exploitation characteristics of materials in different ranges of dispersed filling on condition of additional application of physical fields during the formation of systems and creation on their basis new wear-resistant materials. Improving wear resistance of epoxy composites for tribotechnical designation achieved on the conditions of implementation of process of selective transfer in the surface layers, complex of properties of them are formed due to structural and physical modification compositions. The results of the research have direct practical direction, allowed to get the scientific basis for improving of the properties of materials and coatings based on them. Developed composition and technology of forming of epoxy composite coatings for tribotechnical designation that are suitable for use in a condition of static loads and dry friction. Developed self-lubricating epoxy composite materials can be used in friction units, that characterized by high wear and corrosion resistance, low coefficients of friction, high cohesive strength. Developed adhesive layer contains a highly dispersed fillers and formed under the influence of ultrasound and electromagnetic field that provides high adhesion strength between the substrate and outer exploitation tribotechnical layer.
