Purpose of the work: to reveal the formation pattern of the combined immunological, hematological and psychosomatic disorders in oncological patients and to determine individual risk factors for complications of antitumor treatment. Methods of investigation and equipment: immunological, hematological, biochemical, clinical, morphological, statistical methods; light microscopes, flow cytofluorimeter, spectrophotometer, hematological and immune enzyme analyzers. Theoretical and practical results: сomparable changes of immune and hematological indexes in patients with different types of vegetative regulation after surgery were established. After radiotherapy the largest decrease of lymphocytes was observed in patients with moderate prevalence of autonomic regulation. In endometrial cancer patients with pronounced prevalence of central or autonomic regulation a more pronounced decrease in the relative and absolute number of CD3-СD19+cells in the background of the conservation of the relative number of CD3-СD16+56+lymphocytes (NK-cells) was recorded after treatment. There has also been growth in the relative number of CD3+CD8+-lymphocytes after radiotherapy. It was revealed a higher relative number of NK cells and the worst indexes of quality of life at all stages of the study in endometrial cancer patients with pronounced prevalence of autonomic regulation. Numerous correlative relations of endocrine indexes, mediators of inflammation and indexes of HRV with immune and hematological indexes were established. Novelty: for the first time the approach to the determination of risk groups with specific immune, hematological and psychosomatic disorders at antitumor treatment of oncological patients has been grounded which is based on evaluation of variability of heart rate variability and hormonal status. Efficiency of introduction: timely forecasting of specific hematological, immune and psychosomatic complications development of antitumor treatment in endometrial and breast cancer patients will allow to prescribe individualized accompanying treatment which will let the treatment be carried out in full volume, reduce the length of hospitalization and rehabilitation, improve the quality of life of oncological patients.
