Purpose: to define biochemical and cellular aspects of the individual variability of efficacy of radioprotectors. Methods: radiobiological, hematological, morphological, statistical. Equipment: x-ray installation RUM-17, universal dosimeter UNІDOS, auto hematology analyzer RT-7600, laminar case MN 120, incubator СО2 EU-160, centrifuge NF 800, microscope Leіca 6000B, chambers Leіca DFC 310 FX, microscope Leіca DM ІL LED, microscope Axіolab 94D 2601, object-micrometer. Theoretical and practical results: it was established variability of acute and prolonged radiotoxic effects under the introduction of S-geterilmodificated cysteamine. It was determined, that the lethality at an intestinal syndrome varied from 9 to 21,4 %, at hemopoietic syndrome - from 7,1 to 12,5 %, the frequency of intestinal syndrome varied from 10 to 28,5 %. At a variation of hemopoietic syndrome in 33,3 % leucopenia did not exceed degree 3 and in 45,5 % the rates of restoration of leukocytes were accelerated, in 15,4 % the maximum of erythrocytopenia was degree 3 and in 46,2 % the preservation level of thrombocytes was established. At an individual variation of the cellular response the apoptosis in bone marrow was decrease in 1,2 times at days 3. It was determined the normalisation of myelopoiesis at preservation of differentiation of myelocytes, the differentiated lymphocytes and erythrocytes. At іn vitro estimations of bone marrow's mesenchymal stromal cells in culture the preservation of proliferation capacity at days 3 was established. Novelty: the variability of acute and prolonged radiotoxic effects under the introduction of S-geterilmodificated cysteamine was established, the new results is received at an estimation of the individual response to action of radioprotectors.
