Purpose of study: determine the optimal treatment regimens for thyroid cancer accoding to the criterion link between clinical efficacy and adverse effects of anticancer therapy. Research methods and facilities: are PC, methods of parametric and non-parametric statistics, multidimensional statistical analysis, technology of search of the hidden knowledge, actuarial calculations. Theoretical and practical results: there were identified informationally significant disease parameters and algorithms for treatment of thyroid cancer. Models of the information databases to collect catamnesis data for storing the immediate and long-term effects of treatment were created. Analyzed 301 history, and a relational database, which consists of 28 major and 80 reference tables was created. Novelty: first structures of electronic databases to identify the optimal treatment regimen of the thyroid cancer at the criterions based on the links between clinical efficacy and adverse effects of anticancer therapy were created.
