Aim of work - to define and ground principles of creation of space transport systems in the conditions of prevention of impurit of circumterrestrial space. The basic methods of researches are an analytically-calculation and experimental. A choice and ground of structural schemas for de-orbite the space objects from low earth orbits (LEО) to safe one are carried out. For determination of their angular position on the atmospheric area of trajectory of de-orbite the fundamental schema of sensor stream is worked out. As the most perspective schema for de-orbite the electrodynamic rope system possibilities of that can be extended due to introduction of plasma circuitor on the base of electric propulsons is offered. For a leadingout on LEO small SC and systems of the space cleaning a theoretical and experimental ground over of design-layout schema of an autophage LV is brought. The novelty of work consists of application of space transport systems not littering an earth surface and circumterrestrial space environment, that will result in the increase of safety of flights pilot-controlled and space crafts.
