The purpose of research is to develop methods of forecasting changes subsidence properties (degradation) loess soils at technogenesis. Used the following research methods: experimental methods of physical modeling, mathematical modeling, cartographic research methods. Theoretical and practical results the first time the mathematical model of inductive subsidencedegradation of soil. The mathematical model of the processes of soil subsidence, based on the topological invariant geometric structures formed by these soils, such as fractal dimension of pore size distribution function and particles. Shown qualitative impact of these invariants in nature subsidence processes. A new experimental methods of determining subsidence properties, mathematical modeling and forecasting of geodynamic risk due subsidence strain in loess soils. A statistical analysis of the data definition changes in grain size, physical and mechanical properties, structural features of loess soils in natural and man-made conditions on the basis of statistical analysis of experimental results and data. The novelty of the work lies in getting new technology of predictive variables subsidence strains based on the development of new ideas about how soil deformation fractal environment; changes in patterns of grain size, structural and textural characteristics, physical and mechanical properties of soils due to long and intensive technological changes.
