The article of research is elements of constructions of aircrafts, methods of improvement of their physic-mechanical, technical, technological descriptions and organizational mechanism of management by enterprises aviation and space industries. An aim of project is creation of the scientifically-applied principles of progressive technologies, receipts of competitive functional materials and modern organizational structures of management by the industrial enterprises of space industry. Methods of researches are a mathematical design, calculation and model experiments, physic-mechanical, roentgen - structural, microstructure researches; metallographic analysis. Receptions and methods of improvement of thermal and mechanical calibration of purpling are worked out for the corps of main cowling of launch vehicle. Methodology is worked out for reliable prognostication of parameters of process of bend of profile purveyances for frames of launch vehicles. The scientific are worked out bases for new technologies of retrofitting of fusions on the basis of Al and Ni by nano dispersible compositions due to refractory components (SiC, TiC, Ti(CN), B4C) with the set chemical composition and crystallography parameters for the increase of operating descriptions of elements of constructions of aviation and space-rocket technique. Scientific bases of new technologies of receipt of powders of steals of the high alloying and alloys are worked out for a management by grain-size and phase distribution due to the power going near the process of dispersion. Theoretical bases of technology of receipt of new composition materials are worked out for protecting of airborne equipment of space vehicles from influence of space radiation on geocentric orbits with subzero specific mass. Methodological bases of optimal economic development of enterprise of space industry are worked out in the conditions of unstable economic and political situation in Ukraine due to optimization of the use of resources of enterprise. Developments are the newest and will allow decreasing a production of high-quality wares of space-rocket technique cost. A sphere of the use is educational establishments, scientific organizations, enterprises of engineer, rocket production and aircraft building.
