This has led to the reduction of operative trauma, which manifested in the decrease of postoperative complications and mortality. The use of video laparoscopy for patients with concomitant abdominal and traumatic brain injury helped to reduce postoperative complications from 20.9 % ± 6,20 to 12.9% ± 6,02 and mortality from 32.5% ± 7,15 to 16.1% ± of 6.61, reduce the time of restoration of the combat capability of fighters 1.4 times, 13% reduction in the rate of primary disability of the victims.
