Don, and hairy roots of these plants. The purpose of work - to explore and optimize the impact of LED lighting wavelength of 440-460 nm on growth and morpho-physiological indicators of the test plants in the in vitro conditions for further work to improve the synthesis of secondary metabolites in plant systems for LED-lighting. Standard in vitro plant culture methods have been used in a monochrome light blue light with a wavelength of 440-460 nm. Determination of pigments and flavonoids were performed on spectrofluorimeter Fluorat-02-Panorama. Results for: characterized by morphological and physiological changes studied in vitro plants and hairy roots of these plants under the influence of a monochrome LED lighting with blue light. It was found that incubation of plants in such conditions cause in plants and cell cultures adaptive morphological and physiological changes xeromorphic type, showing the development of the reaction to the lack of exposure of red light spectrum. Changing the number of pigments and flavonoids in plants constitutes a violation of the physiological status of plants and the development of adaptive reactions and cultures of the roots. It was found that these morphological and physiological changes can be useful in animated plants by micropropagation in vitro and in growing plant seedlings in a greenhouse.
