A catalogue of orbital elements and ephemeris in TLE and CPF formats was compiled for 289 OEO. The catalogue is regularly updated on the site of UMOS (Ukrainian Network of Optical Stations). Perturbations in orbital elements were calculated for the OEO observed in 2014-2016 years for the UMOS catalogue. Development and production of hardware and software complex (HSC) for controlling the telescope MOBITEL was finished as part of work on the automation, carried out at the Research Institute "MAO" in 2014-2016. The HSC allows us to control the telescope via the internet during astronomical observations. European network for passive monitoring of the positions of telecommunication geostationary satellites (TC GSS) was developed. At present, five stations of the network are located in the cities of Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Mukachevo, Rivne and Ventspils (Latvia). In 2014-2016, database with the results of observations was populated. The total amount of primary data is more than 4TB. Calculations of orbital elements were conducted using the analytical model of SGP4/SDP4 for satellite motion. The standard error of satellite coordinates is less than ±150 m for epoch of determination of the orbital parameters. Radio engineering complex was made for observations of the OEO in low Earth orbit (LEO) to determine the Doppler shift of signals from the satellites, which actively emit radio waves. Software for automatic detection of tracks in the time-frequency field was developed. Software for the identification of satellites using the found tracks was also created.
