The catalogue includes 2250 positions for 80 asteroids with apparent magnitude of (11-15) in the reference system of UCAC2-4 and XPM catalogues. The catalogue was sent to the international database of asteroids (Minor Planet Centre, MPC). The catalog contains asteroid positions with a precision that corresponds to the world level for ground-based telescopes with the same specifications. Software for reducing long series of asteroid observations in the Hipparcos Celestial Reference Frame (HCRF) was created. The HCRF is implemented by using stellar catalogues of positions and proper motions, such as UCAC2-4 and XPM. Parameters of orientation and rotation for the HCRF relative to the coordinate system of dynamic ephemeris of JPL DE431 (Jet Propulsion Laboratory Development Ephemeris) were obtained by using selected positional observations of asteroids taken from the archives of the MPC and Research Institute "MAO" for the periods of 1940-2016 and 2014-2016 years, respectively. The analysis of average values of differences (O-C) for selected asteroids of the main belt was conducted. The analysis showed that we can reduce the difference (O - C) by 30% by taking into account the systematic differences between reference catalogues. Photometric observations of 6 asteroids in small phase angles were obtained. The observations in this period are very important to study the opposition effect. Observations of mutual phenomena of the Galilean satellites of Jupiter were sent to the Institute of Celestial Mechanics and Calculation of the Ephemerides (IMCCE) of the Paris Observatory (France) to populate a database in the framework of PHEMU2015 international campaign. Photometric observations of mutual occultations and eclipses of natural satellites of the planets is an effective method to obtain new astrometric data for refinement of the theory of satellite motion.
