The software allows us to select all NEO that approach the Earth at a distance of less than 0.05 AU. Catalog of 172 positions was derived for seventeen NEO. The standard error of positions is ±(0.03-0.15)" for NEO of 14.8-17.8 magnitude. Results of data processing were promptly sent to Minor Planet Centre, where they were used to refine the orbital elements of the NEO in the frames of NEODyS-2 service. Optical and radio observations of meteors were conducted. The optical observations were carried out with two stations, which are located at a distance of 11.8 km. In 2016, in the mode of continuous automatic detection, 2160 observations of meteors were obtained up to 6th magnitude, 298 of them are basic observations. The standard error of radiant coordinates was ±(0.05-0.5)°. As the result of observations in 2014-2016 years, 347 sets of heliocentric orbits of meteors were obtained. Results of 3076 meteor observations, obtained in 2013-2016 years, were compiled in accordance with a format of International Meteor Organization and prepared for submission to the site of Virtual Observatory. In 2016, observations of meteors in the radio wave band were regularly conducted using a method of reflected signals from over-the-horizon radio stations (FM, Frequency Modulation) by using digital receivers of "DVB-T + DAB + FM" type. Registration of reflections from meteor track in the atmosphere was conducted using three radio traces: Kielce - Mykolaiv, frequency of 88.2 MHz, distance of 910 km; Istanbul - Mykolaiv, frequency of 88.2 MHz, distance of 700 km; Budapest - Rivne, frequency 94.8 MHz, distance of 635 km. The trace of Mykolaiv - Istanbul was implemented in 2016. As a result of observations in 2016, 117,544 meteor reflections were registered. Average number of meteor reflections per hour is 14 (reflection / hour) with a standard deviation of 3 (reflection / hour). Monthly results of current observations in the prescribed format were sent to the website of European project named Radio Meteor Observing Bulletin.
