Using software created at the Research Institute "Mykolaiv Astronomical Observatory" (RI "MAO"), we conducted a search of relevant astronomical observations in the registries of International Virtual Observatory Alliance (IVOA), and we obtained more than 140 thousand of images from different databases. We conducted data processing of all images. As the result of observations in 2016 carried out with a telescope named KT-50, we obtained and processed more than 2.5 thousand of CCD frames. We conducted the analysis and second reduction of observations obtained in 2011-2015 to determine the optimal method of data processing, taking into account the systematic errors of optical system of the KT-50 and CCD camera. We obtained about 2.2 thousand of scanned images by scanning photographic plates taken from the archive of RI "MAO". We processed about 8 thousand of scanned images by using photographic plates from archives of the RI "MAO" and other observatories. We updated software for image processing, preparation of catalogs, data analysis. We created software for management of database, which includes all observations available at the RI "MAO". The database includes information on more than 283 thousand of images. We completed development of a database for photographic observations of the RI "MAO", which includes more than 8.8 thousand plates. The database contains preview images of all plates with a resolution of 300, 600 and 1200 dots/inch. We also updated a database of CCD frames. The database contains all available textual information and more than 160 thousand images obtained with 4 telescopes: AMC (2002-2005, 2008-2014), MCT (2001-2005), FRT (2005- 2010), and Mobitel (2011-2015). In accordance with standards of the IVOA, we integrated a database of Ukrainian Virtual Observatory (UkrVO) with the graphic user interface of the Aladin sky atlas, developed at Strasbourg Observatory (France). The UkrVO database contains more than 40 thousand records of photographic plates and over 160 thousand records of CCD frames.
