The purpose of the study was to evaluate temporal changes of river runoff as the basis of surface water resources in the context of modern regional climate changes. Method study – statistical, hydrological and genetic analysis. Considered the time series of hydrological characteristics (annual average costs minimum costs for summer-autumn and winter low water) and climatic characteristics (annual temperature and sum of precipitation). For series was determined: unotron their correlation; trends; differential integrated curves; statistical parametric and nonparametric tests. The revealed cycles of change in hydrological characteristics, the heterogeneity of time series of hydrological characteristics reparametrize criteria. The results of the study can be used to improve hydrological study of construction and operation of hydraulic structures. Forecast assumptions about the object of study – the search criteria spatial analysis of changes in the water regime of river basins on the territory of Western Polissia.
