An subject of research are reactions of N-alkyl(trifluorjmethyl)sulfonyl-1,4-benzoquinoneimines with S- and N-nucleophiles. The methods of investigation are organic synthesis, NMR 1H and 13C spectroscopy, X-ray, IR-spectroscopy, element analysis, and quantum-chemical calculations. The novelty of this work is the synthesis of new compounds which are products of reactions of N-alkyl(trifluorjmethyl)sulfonyl-1,4-benzoquinoneimines with different substituent in quinoid ring with S- and N-nucleophiles. The results of this investigation extend the synthetic possibilities for synthesis of new classes of quinoneimines. It has been developed the preparative methods allowing obtaining the high yields of new derivatives on the base of N-alkyl(trifluorjmethyl)sulfonyl-1,4-benzoquinoneimines with different substituent in quinoid ring and S- and N-nucleophiles. The basic rules of reactions of N-alkyl(trifluorjmethyl)sulfonyl-1,4-benzoquinoneimines with Sodium sulfinates, Potassium thiocyanate, Sodium azide, substituted hydrazines, 4-aminoantipyrine have been found. That allows obtaining the new compounds with preassigned properties. That was possible due to use of modern experimental and theoretical methods for the decision of tasks in view of the project with use of new original ideas of authors of the project.
