The aim of the study - developing of construction and technology of manufacture and assembly of combined operational booking systems of stationary and mobile military fortifications and vehicles with a variable protection level, with strength elements of metal, ceramic and composite materials and waste. Research methods: Scientific and methodological support of the research project are based on the results of research and development the authors, technological and test base DSEA and IPP name GS Pisarenko NAS of Ukraine. The concepts of creating an operational booking systems of stationary and mobile objects with a variable protection level and using industrial waste materials are developed and implemented on the basis of the results obtained implementing the project in the development of manufacturing technology of laminated glass blocks using sheet glass, its waste and the establishment of shop area to produce them. Specifications on the glass blocks, which provide for the use of bulletproof multilayer structures for the protection of building structures, were developed. Construction and technologies designed units can be used as part of hybrid protection of objects of various assignments using basic, optimized size, high-impact elements of metal, ceramic and composite structures based on them. Evaluation of bullet resistance modules and the efficiency of their using for the protection of military facilities under the influence of small arms with a various means of destruction after repeated shelling from different distances and angles were offered. Created new constructions and technology of manufacture and assembly of combined operational booking systems of stationary and mobile military facilities with a variable protection level with strong elements of metal, ceramic, composite materials and their waste. The technical construction files on protection units and technology of their manufacture and assembly for serial production in DSEA were designed. Shop area to production of development prototype of combined booking systems of stationary and mobile military facilities were created. Implemented ballistic test of modules and reservation systems at impact loading in the shooting gallery and firing range; defined test conditions, weapons, sequence of shots and a preliminary assessment of the mechanical state of protection modules and elements of booking system after each defeat; defeats photofixation.
