The physiological criteria for predicting the adequacy of military behavior of professional activity in extreme conditions in terms of psychodynamic and personal characteristics based on heart rate variability and EEG data and allowing to assess the effectiveness of adaptive reserves recovery and propose recommendations on the level of rehabilitation potential have been proved. A complex of multi-stage structural and functional criteria algorithm, prediction of adverse changes in functional status and behavioral reactions of the military, whose activities are associated with increased risk, in order to maintain health and professional longevity in extreme situations has been developed.
