The purpose of the study is the development of the Guidelines on the evaluation of concession and other projects of public and private partnership taking into account the comprehensive evaluation (social and economic evaluation in terms of a particular region, a city and the state on the whole) of the projects for all the parties of the agreement taking into account existing legislation.
