The research aim work was to examine molecular-mass distribution of peptides in different parts of the heart in the norm and in left ventricular ischemia. Basic research methods were as follows: ECG, spectrophotometric, spectrofluorimetric, gel permeation chromatography, MALDI, biochemical, histological ones. As a result of studying the heart extracts of pigs and piglets there were obtained the fingerprint spectra of the extracts. The distribution of the peptides testified to a various composition of the investigated extracts. Fluorescent probes E-176, and K8-3000 K8-1300 exhibited a high sensitivity to the interaction with blood serum albumin of peptide substances. After administration to the animals of the pigs' heart extract at a dose of 100 g peptides the molecular weight distribution of peptides in different parts of the heart significantly varied. Introduction to young rats either the pigs' or piglets' heart extract resulted in an increase in the density of nuclei in a muscle of the heart, as opposed to mature ones.
