Subject was as follows: mesenchymal stromal cells of bone marrow, adipose tissue and skin, bioregulators of stem and progenitor cells within human mesenchymal stromal cells, rat fetal skin and liver cells, as well as fetal tissue cytosol of mesenchymal-mesodermal origin and conditioned media obtained during human mesenchymal stromal cell culturing. The methods were such as: cell suspension procurement, immobilization, hypothermic storage, cryopreservation and cultivation, as well as preparative, fluorimetrical and biochemical methods, macro- and microscopy, histology, histochemistry, cytometry, ELISA.
