Research object was cryopreservation of mesenchymal stem cells either as a part of alginate microspheres or macroporous gel matrix. The methods were as follows: preparative methods of deriving and r preservation of cell suspensions, cultivation, multilinear differentiation, creation of experimental models, light microscopy, mathematical modeling, flow cytometry, immunocytochemistry, histological, biochemical and macroscopic visual methods.
