The purpose of the work was to study molecular mechanisms of regulation by the cells of fetal origin of histoimcompatible bone marrow immunoreactivity. In the research there were used the contemporary methods as follows: flow cytometric, immunoassay, immunomagnetic separation, PCR, in vitro culturing, cryopreservation. It has been proven that pathogenetic factors of pathology development in experimental model of an acute disease "graft versus host" (GVHD) are the disorders in immune and hematopoietic systems of the recipients of histoimcompatible bone marrow, accompanied with their progressive loss. Increased expression rate of ido gene and synthesis of inflammatory mediators in fetal nerve cells of 12 gestation days (FNC-12) under the influence of cryopreservation and subsequent in vitro culture was found, which allowed considering the material, along with the native one, as a therapeutic agent to treat GVHD. After administration of FNCs to the recipients with GVHD we observed an increase of Treg content and expression rate in them of foxp3 gene if compared with untreated animals, moreover the injection of cryopreserved FNCs largely stimulated these processes.
