Regional specificity of those processes and their interconnection are investigated. Suggestions and recommendations for optimization of state politics aimed to consolidate and promote the development of Ukrainian civil nation, to support the development of ethnic, cultural, linguistic and religious identity of all compounds of Ukrainian society on the bases of human and civil rights and freedoms are elaborated as a result of the research.
