Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology popup.description2 The laboratory method for immobilization of enzyme activator of blood coagulation on the аdsorptive carbon dressings has been developed to provide the required strength of enzyme fixation and preserve its coagulation properties on the background of minimal loss of the adsorptive capacity of carbon matrix. Qualitative and quantitative composition and basic design options of the combined dressing have been defined. Its high adsorptive and haemostatic activity has been proved. Use of the combined dressing at the stage of preclinical medical care ensures a quick stop bleeding and creates conditions for favorable course of wound healing. The last stage of state registration of medical device "Dressings on the basis of fibrous carbon materials" has been carried out resulting in Registration certificate № 9698/2010 with unlimited validity that gives the right to use the dressings in civilian and military medical institutions of Ukraine. System of quality management in the development, manufacture and supply of medical products for the adsorptive therapy has been developed, certified in accordance with the requirements of ISO 13485: 2005 and implemented in RE Kavetsky IEPOR.
