Positive and negative feedbacks in biological clock and their role in the malignant growth have been identified based on the study of the expression in the U87 glioma cell line of mRNA key circadian genes essential for regulation of the majority of metabolic processes (including proliferation processes) in organisms as well as in the subline of these cells with complete or partial inhibition of the ERN1/IRE1, the endoplasmic reticulum sensor-signaling stress enzyme. Cell models to study mechanisms of the urokinase receptor action have been developed; signaling pathways involved in the urokinase receptor-dependent effects depending on the LRP-1 level in mouse embryonic fibroblasts have been identified. A systematic study of the biochemical mechanisms of Ca2+-dependent control of the smooth muscle cell contractile activity as a complex cooperative electrochemical receptor system has been carried out; a molecular dynamic model of the regulation of the ionized Ca concentration in uterine myocytes has been developed. The molecular dynamics of the conversion of fibrinogen into fibrin, when a fibrin 3D framework, the basis of a thrombus, is being formed, has been studied. A fibrin composite to use in surgery as well as test-systems to determine early markers of risk of thrombosis were developed. Key processes of neurosecretion and intracellular signaling networks, which are activated by presynaptic ionotropic glutamate receptors, at a modulation of the lipid composition of nerve terminals membrane structure at the norm and pathology were studied. The correlation between the vitamin D3 supply of the animal organism and the expression of NF-kB-dependent cytokines in the regulation of cellular functions at: the norm, the prolonged administration of prednisolone and type 1 diabetes mellitus was determined. The mechanisms of the combined effects of oxidative, nitrosative and carbonyl stress metabolites, their involvement in the mutual regulation and mutual acceleration of the development of these conditions have been studied. The role of such interactions in the pathogenesis of some common diseases has been studied. The methods and approaches to their prevention and treatment have been developed.
