Studied in the experiment antimicrobial effectiveness of eight two-component combinations against the multiresistant strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacteriaceae. The structure consisted of combinations of drugs of fluoroquinolones (ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin) and fosfomycin (fosfomycin), so as to not only act on the microbial cells, but also able to deeply penetrate biological film and enhance the antibacterial action of other antimicrobial agents. These drugs are combined with amikacin, tobramycin, ceftazidime, and tsefepimom tiyenamom. The study was conducted by the "chessboard", which allows you to identify mutually synerhidnu or indifferent, or, on the contrary, antagonistic interaction of antibiotics. It was found that of the eight tested combinations - three (cefepime-fosfomycin, fosfomycin, ciprofloxacin and ciprofloxacin, ceftazidime) created most studied strains synerhidnyy effect interaction. In addition, a combination of antibiotics was tested against the microorganisms that were in bioplivkoviy form. The most effective were: ceftazidime combination with ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin with ceftazidime, the level of inhibition bioplivkoutvorennya was for them to 88.9% and to 77.9 5% respectively.   Developed as a model of peritonitis in mice using field resistant strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which further confirmed the therapeutic effectiveness of antibiotics ciprofloxacin synerhidnoyi combination with ceftazidime.
