Objective: To analyze and summarize the existing regulatory framework for the practical application of program budgeting in urban environmental policy, the implementation of scientific and methodological support of the formation and monitoring of municipal programs and activities of ecological (in the process of the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of Kyiv).
