Kavetsky IEPOR NAS of Ukraine established the effectiveness of said vector system in preclinical testing; shown that its use can improve the therapeutic effect due to higher antitumor activity against resistant tumors and selective accumulation in tumor foci and prevent toxic cytostatic influence on the organism as a whole. The results form the physico-chemical basis for the creation, production and introduction into clinical practice of oncology new domestic forms of cytotoxic drugs.
