The research subject: the financial relationships between the government, economic entities and individuals in the process of financing of structural modernization of the real sector of economy The research objective: the deepening of theoretical foundations of the structural modernization of the real sector of economy financial providing and definition on this basis the public financial policy directions and recommendations for the modernization processes providing with the stable and predictable sources of funding. Methods of research: systematic, comparative, structural and functional analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, statistical comparisons and others. The research conducted includes solving problems related to: theoretical and methodological principles of the real sector of economy of Ukraine structural modernization financial supply development; justification of methodological and methodical grounds referred to the financial resources' accumulation, distribution and use during the transition to the management of economy based on national projects ; development of the tax incentives tools for activities in the area of financial investments in the enterprises of real sector of the economy ; assessing of level and role of bank credit in the structural modernization of the real sector of economy of Ukraine financial support ; assessing the financial and investment risks impact on the price of capital required for structural modernization of the real sector of economy of Ukraine ; development of approaches to stimulate the equity concentration processes on the priority directions of the real sector of economy structural modernization.. Results: development of the conceptual approach to the financial provision of the structural modernization of the real sector economy in the macro-financial imbalances conditions referred to the priority of diminishing the negative impact of "crowding-out effect" on the functioning of market mechanisms for inter-sectoral reallocation of capital in Ukraine. The financial risks assessment features and their impact on investment activity of enterprises in the imperfect financial market conditions and the macro-financial imbalances in Ukraine are disclosed. The proposals prepared referred to the introduction of priority modernization projects co-financing by government and business facilities; the elimination of discriminatory taxation of financial investments; the use of credit facilities for structural modernization of the real sector of economy; concentration of capital in high-tech economic activities stimulating. Implementation: some results had been proposed public authorities to use in administrative and legislative activities in the field of structural modernization of the real sector of economy financial provision.
